Madagascar at WTM® Africa 2015

HOTT3D were briefed to conceptualise, design and manufacture an interactive exhibition stand for Madagascar's participation at WTM® Africa 2015 (World Travel Market) in Cape Town, South Africa.

Madagascar is a truly unique travel destination and so the brief called for use of natural materials to represent the Island in a professional and inviting way. Our booth design combines natural finishes such as sisal, natural fibre light fittings and raw timber with more modern features including seamless LED screens, grand format printing and duco sprayed finishes. The result being a highly professional, yet welcoming exhibit that was instantly recognisable.

The 2nd annual World Travel Market® Africa (WTM® Africa), which forms part of Africa Travel Week, concluded on Friday, 17 April 2015, at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), delivering another impressive show which successfully contributed to the economic impact on the continent's tourism sector. With more than 570 exhibitors, 82% new buyers from over 45 different countries, more than 7600 pre-scheduled appointments before the show began, as well as an 18% increase on the 2014 visitors and 39% increase on overall travel professionals at the show, WTM® Africa 2015 certainly meant business this year, with remarkable results scored (All numbers stated prior to the official audit).
