EXSA’s core strategy is to actively grow and develop the exhibition and events industry within Southern Africa.

The Event Greening Forum (EGF) is a non-profit organisation of South African members who aim to promote ethical practice in the area of sustainability in the business events industry.
HOTT3D is proud to support the Better Stands programme, alongside major event organisers in the global exhibition industry. The programme aims to encourage exhibitors and their contractors to move away from disposable, single-use stands in favor of reusable structures.
Disposable stands, typically built on-site using low-quality materials, are used only once for a single event. Afterward, they are demolished, with the materials either sent to landfills or burned for energy. This practice is unsustainable and wasteful.
By shifting to reusable stands, we can improve the overall quality, safety, and sustainability of the exhibitor experience.
Designing with Better Stands in mind allows us to create stands that are:

- Faster to build,
- And generate less waste.
